She is a part Blackfoot and part Cherokee. She appeared in Liminality the short film from 2005. Transamerica was a critically-acclaimed film comedy-drama released that same year, marked her first appearance on the big screen. This season she also made her TV debut in a fourth-season episode on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Nadia Decotis was her role in Dick Wolf's Chicago franchise Chicago P.D. .
